Can I access my funds during the savings period, or only upon completion?
Yes, you can withdraw funds during the savings period as long as you have accumulated a minimum of 20g of gold.
What are the fees during the savings period?
There are no fees throughout the entire savings period. Additionally, for one year after reaching your target amount, your gold can be stored with us free of charge.
Do you guarantee buyback?
Yes, we guarantee the buyback of gold at the London Gold Fixing price, at no additional cost.
Are there any penalties if I miss a payment?
No. If you miss one or several payments, there are no penalties or fines of any kind.
Can I visit your office without an appointment?
Yes, you are welcome to visit our London office. However, we recommend scheduling a meeting in advance.
